RATES: All rates are based on double occupancy plus 7% Maine State Tax..

$10.00 per night additional person.

DEPOSITS: Written confirmation stating date of arrival and departure, plus deposit on one night lodging required credited to last day of reservation under 1 week. Room is guaranteed for prepaid days only! Early departure is a last minute cancelation. A deposit of $200.00 is requested on weekly reservations. The balance is due on day of arrival. Travelers checks, Master Card, Visa and Discover credit cards are accepted.

CONFIRMATIONS: Will be forwarded upon receipt of deposit.

CANCELATIONS: if the cancellation is made 7 days prior to arrival, deposit is guaranteed less a $15.00 fee for costs incurred. Less than 7 days notice deposit non-refundable unless the room is re-rented, less $15.00 fee.
